When I ordered the packpack, I ordered these. I lost one so I ordered another set. Works great at holding tri-pod.
your products are fantastic, but it took almost 2 months for me to recieve them. I ordered thesr for a trip to Alaska and they didn't arrive until 2 days after I got home!
I also ordered a Rain jacket for my bag and that still hasn't arrived. very disappointed in the customer service although the products themselves are great!
Initially, I was excited about this bag. It arrived and I began removing the packing materials. I had ordered the Sunny 16 to replace the camera backpack I have with a smaller one.
PROS
Arrived in good shape and in a timely manner.

The USB cable is a nice feature, but it is not something I would use.
CONS
It is much heavier than I expected. Too heavy for me.
The bag does not meet my wish for a smaller bag.
The Velcro dividers merely divide. The dividers do not secure to bag sides.
I am going to return the Sunny 16 bag as soon as I get authorization to do so.
The two magnetic fasteners threaten SD cards.
The lever-locking mechanism on the tripod straps is subject to accidentally being flipped open. This happened within the first month of ownership. Shame on me. The replacement cost for a pair of straps is fair; however, the shipping cost is exorbitant. I would advise purchasers to keep the straps in one of the many handy pouches or storage pockets in your otherwise wonderful product. Also, I waited quite a while for the replacement straps to arrive. It seems that your product has really taken off, which is wonderful for you, but not so much for us users. The bag itself is wonderful (although the divider pads cold use velcro on both sides.)
The canvas Voyager is my go to bag. I especially like the side access to grab a camera body and lens. It holds additional lenses and accessories well. The bottom straps are great to secure a tripod.
